This home will be your true mountain paradise with stunning views of the valley below and the vast Continental Divide!! Every just newly remodeled and new appliances. Nestled in the forest, this spacious 5 bedroom plus loft / 3 bath home offers surprises around every corner.

Upon entry, you’ll find a cozy mudroom. Take a few steps down into a family room where a wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy while curled up on the couch watching TV. Choose to go straight upon entry and you’ll find yourself in a kitchen with a gourmet range with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The open floor plan shows the large dining table (seating for 8), kid’s table and living room with impressive stone wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms exist on the main floor and share a hall bath. One room has a queen bed and outdoor access. The second has a twin over full bunk with twin trundle below.

Head upstairs to find the primary suite with King bed and complete with private balcony, beautiful en -suite bathroom. The other upstairs rooms has twin bed and entrance to loft where there’s a twin mattress if needed and child play area. Third bedroom child bed and desk. There's a full set of washer and dryer and a third full bathroom.

Venture outside to relax on the deck or take a short walk to the private hot tub and yoga studio with stunning views. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit (fire restrictions permitting – guests are responsible for checking) under the stars. For added convenience, this beautiful home has a detached two car garage.
You’re bound to have a one of a kind experience in this mountain retreat.

Winter Park Resort is just 9.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.9 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Spectacular location

We loved the location. House was comfortable and lived in. Plenty of bathrooms and outdoor space. Yoga room was a hit with our teenagers. They worked out every day. View from the yoga room was amazing. Parts of the property were a bit rundown but I'm sure it was from the high winds and maybe just needs some minor repairs. Bathrooms were great, especially master bathroom. There is no AC so close the curtains during the day. It definitely gets cool enough at night, you will be in the mountains.

Hot Tub Under the Stars

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! The entire cabin is so beautiful down to the detailed tiling in the main room's bathroom floors. I was so enamored by the way this cabin was decorated. It was just 2 of us there so there was a ton of extra space. My favorite part was sitting outside in the hot tub under the stars without any light pollution. The cabin itself is secluded enough to have a quiet experience. I will be recommending to all my friends and family and will be booking again!

Beautiful!

House was beautiful and felt well cared for and clean. The views from the yoga studio over looked the valley and were very nice! The host responded quickly to my questions. We traveled with our one year old who loved the nursery and play room upstairs as well as the toys that were in the house. It was so nice to not have to worry about a high chair or crib. So happy with our stay!

End of Summer Get Away

We booked a last minute stay and we were happily able to fit into the schedule. Everything was as shown on the website and the staff was prompt with responses and handled any issues that came up quickly. We were even visited by a mama and baby moose one morning. It was plenty of room for ourselves and our three boys 9-15.

the right choice

As a carpenter and craftsman i was really impressed with the property. the fireplace was a work of art. Loved the layout of the house and property. Spent a good amount of time in the yoga studio, deck, and hot tub. The views were awesome. All the finishes in the house perfect for a mountain getaway. loved the antler chandelier.

Winter Park Gem!!

Myself and a group of friends rented the property for my wife's birthday and it was so perfect! The cozy family room with fire place, yoga studio, and hot tub! Tucked away in a quiet wooded area. Totally recommend this house for your WP getaway!

Wonderful

We really enjoyed this location. Property management was responsive and property was clean. Fixed the hot tub for us right away. Kitchen was stocked with every pot pan and plate you could need. We had some difficulty with the older oven and a tv was broken and couldn’t open the main sliding glass door. However, the yoga studio, multiple decks and space for our family more than made up for it. The hot tub is small and not deep so we only could do two adults at a time. We would come back though. Location is great!

Peaceful family getaway

This property was perfect, it was clean and the floor plan was great for our kiddos to spread out. Full kitchen so we could eat in and play games all weekend. The views into the valley are gorgeous and an amazing view for some yoga - which we did - the full family!

Lovely property for a group

We had a great experience at this property- the house was clean, easy to find, questions were resolved in a timely manner, and the hot tub and views were icing on the cake! The laundry room and one bathroom are accessed through the primary bedroom, AND the downstairs bathroom didn't lock, so there were some awkward intrusions. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the swing in the pictures was nowhere to be found!

Relaxing Getaway with Everything, great location for kids and adults

This property is located in a stunning setting… but close enough to drive easily into town. Neighbors are around but hardly noticeable and the yoga studio is beautiful itself with a gorgeous view. Relaxing hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped and outdoor grill. Ample room for a family to spread out and amenities for infant - young children including a crib, high chair, mini basketball hoop and small outdoor chair. Also very quick and responsive management to a broken dishwasher. Highlight: we were visited by a young bull moose and cautiously observed him feeding throughout the yard. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

This cabin was truly a winter wonderland for our 6 night stay. We were in town during a snow storm, and it was absolutely beautiful. The driveway was even plowed for us each morning, to ensure that we were able to get in and out. The set up of the house was great for the college aged kids in our group, as there were two family room areas. They were able to have a relaxing area to themselves. Having a 4 wheel drive rental was a plus with all the snow, and the road the cabin is on was a little rough to get through. Everything was clean and true to pictures. Really the only problem we had at all was the Wifi was a little spotty, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except the aforementioned college kids had some work to do online and it was a little challenging.

Beautiful place and setting!

We loved the property and the yoga studio was amazing and such a fun bonus! Clean and comfortable beds, overall cozy and lovely place. A couple small things to note just to be aware of ahead of time, nothing to cook with meaning like oil or spray, no dish scrubbers or soap in bathrooms other than hand soap. I’ve never stayed somewhere without this stuff so it wasn’t the end of the world but I wish we had known ahead of time so we could have planned dor it. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would stay again!
