Split interior 2 bedroom, comfortable family rental

A lovely townhome with 880 square feet of living space on two interior floors, this 2 bedroom unit is a good family rental.
The main floor has a comfortable open living room with TV, VCR, wood burning fireplace and queen sofa sleeper and has access to the small private patio. No air conditioning.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 persons.
Upgrades in the kitchen include new counter tops and appliances and come fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils.
There is a half bathroom on this level near the main entrance. On the second floor of the unit is the master bedroom with queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Located between the two bedrooms is the one full bathroom.
The Hideaway Village complex is a secluded yet convenient location just minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski resort. Guests can enjoy an extensive trail system year round - great hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing just a few steps away. On the free town shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park.

Time for some updates
The check in is confusing I received multiple emails and finally needed to register on a separate dashboard. Key pickup and return is 5 minutes away. The house is dated which is ok but there is a strong musty smell and the queen bed seems like it has been fixed w a 2x4. Pillows probably have 20 years on them. It’s time for some updates.
