Cheap not Lavish
The owner of this condo is cutting a lot of corners. When we started out they wanted us to gain entry through the garage with a garage code which did not work. Property manager gave me code for a lock box entry. This got us in fine. When we got in the furniture looks worn and is not what you would expect. The silverware is a mishmash of styles and looks really old like it was purchased in a garage sale. The toaster is the cheapest toaster you could purchase and performed as such. The kitchen is very disorganized with dishes of the same category in multiple locations. The bowls and cooking implements are the absolute cheapest. It makes me think they took all their old stuff from their house and put it in here. The bathrooms had basically one towel and wash cloth for the week. There was limited to no soap depending on the bathroom. The middle bedroom mattress is springs and the bed is squeaky and the comforter is a dry clean only which is not up to speed for today. I'm wondering if the owner purchased everything at an estate sale. It is all Tuscan and doesn't match the building architecture. The furniture looks like at one time was very nice but 20 years ago. This sounds like I'm picking on this unit, but this condo is really not ready for vacation rental. We have stayed in the condo next door to this one and found it to be very nice and were surprised by how this one is appointed. Other than that we had a great family time and awesome skiing.

So much missed opportunity
The location and layout of this unit is great: four bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus the place is very close to Fraser and a free bus to the ski base. However, the property itself was very neglected. Heavily worn mattresses and furniture, discolored old sheets, moldy smelling towels.The house was filthy - toothpaste scum on the mirrors, brown sinks, some unclean toilets, crumbs and dust everywhere, dried food on the pots and silverware, coffee grounds in the coffee pot.

Decent unit that could be easily made great
This condo is conveniently located within 15 minutes of WinterPark and many shops and restaurants in the town of Fraser. The layout works nicely for couples or families with one bedroom on the ground level, one on the main and two upstairs. This condo would be vastly improved with some organization, a deep cleaning and improved amenities. The bathrooms offer no products other than hand soap so you need to bring your own. The sheets on the beds seem random (eg, mismatched) and the King pillows were fitted with standard pillowcases so the pillows stuck out 6”. None of the beds had mattress pads which is just gross. The kitchen is quite well stocked but terribly organized with random things just shoved everywhere; as an owner of a vacation property myself, I know this happens but can be remedied with care in between rentals. Even the bedroom closets had random things shoved in them which just gave the place a messy, chaotic feel. And while tidy at first blush, it’s clear the place is not deeply cleaned (e.g., dusty nightstands and lamps, crumbs under chairs etc). We loved the area but won’t be coming back to this unit.

Thanksgiving with Family in Fraser
Fabulous property conveniently located to Hwy 40 and Safeway. Very nice to have a bathroom dedicated to each of the four bedrooms. Had an issue with the heat in one bedroom and thermostats in all four bedrooms, but once we got them all working the place heated up quickly. Useful kitchen and nice big table. I would stay again.

Enjoyed this condo very much! Cozy fireplace and spacious rooms. It was easy to get to the ski slopes and other things in Winter Park and the hosts were easy to coordinate check in with, and accomodated an early check in. Only flaw was that there were no toiletries (shampoo, soap). Thanks for a nice stay!

Beautiful condo but concerns with cleanliness
The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately we were greeted with mouse droppings in several locations, including on the pillows on the beds and the kitchen. We did reach out to the management company and they were responsive, however, the condo in general looked as if it had been sitting for quite some time without a cleaning or attention. In addition to the mouse droppings, there was dust, spider webs and a lack of cleaning supplies. We picked up our own cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. I would expect that this would be provided in regular times, but even more important in the time of Covid. I would be happy to discuss live if you would like additional details and I would request that we receive a discount of some sort to compensate for the condition of the unit.

Overall really nice place in a great location that was perfect for a family getaway. Only negative was many of the dishes weren't clean (had been collecting dust in the back of the pantry) and some aspects of the home (blinds, outdoor furniture) had clearly not been cleaned or dusted in weeks. A bit disappointing given the associated cleaning fee. With improved cleaning the place is an absolute five star.

Home was very comfortable and loved the layout with 4 bedrooms each with their own bath. Kitchen stocked so can do your own cooking and bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of towels/sheets/blankets etc. Would recommend staying here!
