I reserved two rooms for a week for our crew that was working out of town. Upon arrival one room had bugs on the bed. The other room had poop filled to the brim in the toilet. They both went to the front desk, explaining the situation moved them into another room that had roaches. I told our employees they were not going to stay there and to go to the desk and explain that the rooms were unfit, and they would like a refund to book somewhere else agent proceeded to say there is no manager on duty and they would have to contact a manager for a refund . Here we are on the premises and I am out over $1000 for two rooms for a week along with booking another two rooms For a week at a different hotel. Do not stay here! I cannot say this enough.
It took us 45 minutes to check because they said that couldn’t see my booking that I made almost a week ago. Then, the hotel was trying to charge me twice for the room when they had took the money out of my account.
The rooms were pretty nasty looking and not sanitary. First room looked nothing like pictures and after a long day at hanging rock I just wanted to shower and sleep however shower looked disgusting with stains all over the tub and non smoking room reeked of weird smells. The second room after asking for new one had lock broken off door, mold on wall with baseboard falling off with what looked like mold growing behind It. The dresser had the front broken off and the bed had a yellow stain in It. Was an unsafe hazard and wouldn’t suggest staying there. I can put up with a lot and will rarely ever review anything however this was the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into and would highly judge anyone who would be willing to stay in this hotel. Did not want to stay and asked for refund and I was told by Expedia that if the hotel wouldn’t allow It I would just have to chose a new room and stay or leave without a refund. Horrible service for hotel and even worse customer service by Expedia. 10/10 would not recommend.
I was in the nonsmoking room and the smell was too much. The door knob of the entrance was broken and there was one point I couldn't open it to get out. You can hear throughout the night the water in the toilet running.
This was by far the worst hotel ive ever stsyed in. The room was nasty and smelled like smoke. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. There was no deadbolt to secure the room looks like it was removed. The carpet had burns everywhere. I don't recommend staying at this Days In. In Winston Salem NC.
There were cockroaches in the room. One of the smoke detectors in the room was missing and wires hanging from where it should have been. The carpets were stained. The general area felt unsafe.

If breakfast is from 6 am- 10am it’s no reason at 7:30 it’s nothing really available it was a few mini muffins 3 dry pancakes no milk for cereal and a few yogurts. And according to the person behind the counter that’s all they had. I know you get what you pay for but if your saying you have breakfast it should be there fully stocked or take that option out I was there 4 days and it looked the same each time I checked. If you have kids this could be a saver if you really didn’t want to go out each time for breakfast
The bathroom was not cleaned - didn't even want to take a shower. The room smelled really bad. Sometime in the night I was bitten by a spider or something.
This was a horrible stay I had addicts asking me for money as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in. Facility was disgusting burn marks around sink and bath in a NO smoking room. I asked for a different room the next was just as bad looked like a blood stain on the floor more burn marks etc. I asked to speak with a manager and they said wouldn’t be in till next day went to go see them and come to find out the lady the next morning whom said she was NOT the manager turned out to be. They ended up telling me they could do nothing for me. DO NOT STAY HERE!
