The room was very dusty. Garbage underneath the bed. Bathroom has stains and trash on the floor. Pull out sofa missing 6 springs and fall through when laying.

Not great

The people at the hotel were nice enough there were just a few problems. When we got in the room it smelled damp/mildewy. Probably from the pool. It was a poolside room. The carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed, light bulbs out in the bathroom, toilet was gross and full of mold, and there was still a dirty towel hanging on the towel bar. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. I am a heavy sleeper and noise doesn’t usually bother me, but I heard everything and was woken up many times. We went to the bar for a drink and watched the bar tender grab a guys empty beer glass to fill and put it directly in contact with the tap. Very unsanitary. For $275 I would expect a bit better. Honestly, couldn’t wait to check out. If I had another choice of where to stay this weekend I would have chosen somewhere else. Everything was booked. :(

Arrived at the room dirty Could write your name in the dust, hadn’t been vacuumed , one sheet for the sofa sleeper waded up inside. Had to kill multiple spiders. The worst was the very strong mold and mildew smell.Reported this at the front desk. The desk person was very polite and apologetic. She told me they would send someone in to clean which they did and discount the room which they didn’t. Won’t stay again.

Could be a nice place to stay. The room could use some updating but beds we’re comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony of our second floor room. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The attached restaurant had good food and drinks for a reasonable price. On the not not so great features… There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The bathtub was either stained or dirty and the sprinkler head in the bathroom was either dirty or rusted. The screen door to the deck had holes in it and the deck door did not lock.
