Property is in desperate need of repair. Our room sofa was torn. When we asked for a replacement room we were offered a room that was being deodorized. Staff said that because we used Expedia there’s nothing they could do to fix it. So I called Expedia, who called the hotel and said there’s nothing she could do with a heavy accent. This caused me to wonder what’s the benefit of booking with Expedia? If they can only call back to the hotel where we had the problem. Supposedly if I had booked directly I could have cancelled and went somewhere else. I did speak with a manager who was able to change our room.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Check in was easy and friendly. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast was horrible. The room smelled so bad we had to ask for an air freshener. The laundry room smelled of mold and mildew and the machines were filthy. We ended up taking the clothes we washed there to a laundry mat to dry them because the dryer there wasn’t drying the clothes. During the day while housekeeping was cleaning the rooms the hallways always smelled of cigarette smoke. We booked the room for 6 people but there was only enough towels and supplies for 2 people. I never ever leave reviews but I felt I had to this time. I paid lot of money for the room and was just very disappointed. Like I said, the staff was great, very nice and friendly.

We came down to the the Half Ironman in WIlmington. The staff has been excellent and the Hotel was very clean and very spacious. For this price, you will not find a better property. Within walking distance there are lots of shops and restaurants. Easy drive to town. Great stay and I would come back here any time ...

Horrible smells in hallway ( carpet idk )
The halls smelled horrible I don’t know if it was the carpets or what but it was every day we walked the hall ways. There was also screaming fighting neighbors beside us. My child is still so small she doesn’t understand but if she was older she would of understood the nonsense the next door was yelling . Other than that , breakfast was good and everything else was clean in rooms .
