The facility is well maintained... though the elevator wasn't working it was during the holidays thus there was lot of people...hotel is quiet and the pool was open,

When checking in I wasn’t given my ID back and until I realized it I was away. Trying to get a hold of them was a mess. Line went to a reservation line and no one would help. The property could’ve at least called to mention they had my ID at the desk at least. Customer service isn’t the best on the phone.

The beds were comfortable, but no blow dryer in the room? Lovely lobby but no coffee or tea offered. They had an area for breakfast, but nothing was offered. The gentleman checking us out didn't belong behind the deck. Not professional at all. Good location.

Good place to stay overnight. Stood one week . Surrounding of the hotel empty bottles, dog poop. Inside the courtyard plenty of dog poop. Pool water cloudy. Some roaches in my room. No coffee or tea in the lobby. Door lock battery needed replacement. Counter person was helpful.

Excellent job eventho i couldnt enjoy it
Unfortunately due to my woman being sick i didnt get to enjoy the room because we was in the hospital till 130am and i didnt get to my room till 230am after getting there by uber and had to leave at 645am to make church on time in newark, new jersey .... but room service did a phenomal job cleaning the room ....

Enjoyable stay
First time staying any Sonesta hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check in. Our room (suite king bed) was quite nice for the price, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, well working heat/ac, and a mini fridge + microwave. It was also quiet, though I'm not sure if that was due to not being crowded or genuinely quiet - either way, we appreciated it. All staff we met were superb - friendly and knowledgeable. We never used the pool, TV, or WiFi, so can't comment there, but we would easily choose this hotel again if we're in the area. Note that there is no breakfast here, but there are several restaurants nearby, and the price we paid (for a decent reviewed hotel) was considerably less than others offering a "free" breakfast.

As soon as I checked in the lady at the counter was amazing. My room was clean, comfortable everything worked. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely book this hotel again. I think it is amazing definitely for the price.
