Worst hotel
I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by a hotel. This was our first time staying at a Sonesta and we are very unhappy with the price we paid and the stay we had. We were under the impression that the room was smoke free, yet the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Also, the one corner of our room had what looks like cigarette smoke stains. And if it isn’t, it’s still something gross that should have been cleaned. Our room was dusty and the towels in our bathroom had chunks of orange something on them. I am very unhappy with the good reviews of the hotel and then an actually awful visit. This includes the fact that we spend 190 on our reservation which didn’t even include breakfast.

There website said they had a continental breakfast, but it was discontinued. The small coffee and bar area was never opened. They only came in once to change the towels on a 5 day stay and never made the beds. They had a little snack area where you could purchase some different snacks but they were a little overpriced. One 12 ounce bottle of beer cost 8 dollars. It is a place I will not stay again.
