Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff was pleasant. Only one elevator was working and assume animals are allowed in this hotel, due to many areas smelling like a dog.

This used to be a great place. I've stayed here once a year for ten years on my annual trip south. But the facilities have deteriorated steadily. Broken elevators, broken doors, broken ice machines and they just stick a sign on them and say sorry. The rooms are similar to any new Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn but for $100 more. The facility no longer merits such an expensive price.

The facility front desk staff at entry and check out are very snooty and not personable. Service was not evident as a request for utensils resulted in being told to come to the office to pick up with no offer to drop off. Check out was very cold, condescending and kind of person never even made eye contact's. The level of snooty at the property does not match the aging amenities.

For a Hilton I expected more. Ceiling with giant wet spot in bathroom, hard lumpy mattress and the noise level from an event with uncontrolled kids. Sat in the courtyard, even louder.

Third time at this property. Short two night family trip. Clean room. Modern bath. A/c was very cold - a plus! Close to shopping, dining, and not far from city center. Beds are typical Hilton - a little too firm. Pillows are exceptionally soft. Too soft in my opinion but tastes vary. Check in was quick and efficient. Ample well lit parking. Only mild negative was that breakfast is for fee. Overall an excellent stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star masquerading as a 4. First, my room was unclean. There were stains on the toilet seat, “stuff”in the toilet, and clumps of hair in the shower. The room itself vibrated all night, obviously over something mechanical. And kids running up and down the hallways till very late. I called the front desk and was put on hold. Still waiting for them to pickup the call. As a Hilton Honors member I was embarrassed for Hilton. The room I was in should never have been sold. The air conditioning sounded like an angry bear every time it went on. On a hot and humid night I had to go without air. Misery would be too kind a word for what I was treated to by Hilton and this hotel.
