This property was fantastic for a weekend getaway. When I walked in the door to check in I was meet by a lovely lady and gentleman they were both very welcoming. The check in process was smooth. As I looked around at the lobby and the eating area and the bar it was all very clean. When the hubby and I entered our room we were amazed at the size of the room the floor to ceiling windows allowed a good amount of natural light to come into the room and they also allowed a good view of your surroundings. The room was super clean the bathroom was super clean and omg the bed slept really good. I also loved the fact that when you walked into the room your name was displayed on the tv.That made me feel like I was at a really expensive hotel or resort without paying the high price. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The one lady working that area made sure items were replenished and the area was clean. She also made sure the dinning area was wiped down as soon as someone got up to leave so someone else could have a nice clean spot. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is my stay was to short. I wish I could have stayed a little longer to relax.

The young women that assisted me on friday afternoon were great. Their customer service was truly remarkable. Some tried to give them a hard time but they excelled in staying calm and finishing task. We got to the property about 2:45. The front desk said they had to call housekeeping to find us a room that was ready. That was ok but there were ppl coming in after us who were given a room right away. Other than that it was fine.
