The hotel is pretty good, but could use renovations - new carpet being the number one. The rooms smells kind of funny, same with sheets. There are not many options in the area. Staff is excellent, breakfast is also excellent. Although it’s right on a highway exit, it’s very quiet.

We stayed for one night as my son was having surgery the next morning. Our room was open and roomy. Lots of space. The floor could have been a little cleaner. There was hair and dirt on it. The pool was great but wish the hot tub was working. The staff at the desk were super nice. Would definitely recommend! The outside area was quiet and quaint. Would definitely recommend

Breakfast was excellent. Glad to have the pool opened the time of our visit. The carpets in the room and hallways definitely needed vacuumed more often/more thoroughly. The mattress on the foldaway bed on the couch needed replaced.

We were in the area to celebrate my son’s birthday and we stay at the hotel because it was close to Knoebels. We had a great time. It was quiet and the breakfast was great.

I had no problems with the property, actually never stayed there. My problem is trying to get in touch with Expedia about my scheduled stay and there seems to be ABSOLUTELY no chance to speak to Expedia directly. or by email. Can someone from Expedia please get in touch with me? I have a question. Hotel looks wonderful, and it's not their fault

We have stayed at this hotel several times. As always the service was great. The room this time wasn’t as clean as the last several times we stayed. The hot tub was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. It was broken the last time we stayed a few years ago. So I don’t know if it’s been broken for several years or if it just happened to be broken again.
