Worst hotel stay ever
Checked in for a two night stay. We sadly had an emergency back at home that needed to be address immediately. We Came to the room at midnight with hopes to be able to get at least two hours of sleep before having to drive four hours home, since we had already paid for the night. Sleep never came. From midnight to 1:30am the hallways were full of loud and rowdy guests. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. Tried calling the front desk from cellphone and there was no answer. Finally after realizing that there was no way for us to sleep, we gathered our belongings and heading to front desk. There was no one there, only a sign that said “stepped out to deal with guest request”. We waited 20 minutes but no one came. We just left the keys on the desk and walked out. Next day I tried to call several times to make sure that we would only be charged for that night. Called three times and had the phone just ring and ring. I work for Marriott. I understand that this hotel is not to the caliber to Marriott but it seems that guest satisfaction is not something that they don’t have any interest in.

The room was newly renovated. When using the shower the floor flooded creating a very slick unsafe condition. The front desk could not be reached since the phone in the room didn't work and no one would answer the phone when calling from a cell phone. Their response to the situation was pretty much we clean the floor and request new towels later in the day. Better customer service would be to send housekeeping and to move us to a new room.

I was told the hotel was under renovation. At first site hotel and room looked really good. Then I discovered the tv wasn’t working properly, toilet almost over flowed, sink drainage very slow, couldn’t call front desk; no number on phone. I book hotels that have breakfast and this there was no breakfast. Had toast, cereal and oatmeal. I stayed last year and had a better experience which is why I re-booked again. Will go elsewhere going forward.

The first room they put us in had bed bugs and we had to be moved a different room. Even the new room was very worn down and didn’t feel clean
