The staff was great, you could use some updates around the property. The furniture for sitting and eating breakfast had stains on them, we also had stains on the furniture in our room too. Also may want to clean and update features in the pool area, There was a lot of visible rust.

Modern and cozy
Our family spent one night at the hotel after playing whole day in the Busch garden. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast includes cheese omelette, scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausages and biscuits and gravy. Sadly the waffle machine was broken when we got there. Otherwise, everything else is fascinating.

Great hotel & and will stay again
The room was large & clean with a lots of space. The bed was comfy & we asked for extra pillows. The bathroom & shower were clean except a spot on the wall behind the toilet. Overall the hotel was very clean, quiet, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, movie theater, and a 1.5 mile walk to colonial Williamsburg. (The train did go by several times a day but nothing a noise machine will drown out at night).

Holiday Inn in the 'Burg
My stay was very nice. I arrived very late and feared my room would have been canceled, but it was not. The clerk at check in was especially nice and friendly. The room was very clean and met my needs. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from colonial williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, so the location is good for both of those. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was comfortable, breakfast was great. We stopped there on a whim to get a room and the front desk agent said he couldn't match the price we found online so suggested I book online. I sat 10 feet away from him on my phone to save $70. Weird, but I did it.
