Elk hunt trip
The home was cozy and fit our needs. The main bedroom is large enough for a king size bed but only has a queen and the 2nd bed is a full size. Limited on cooking utensils but made do while there for the week. The "nest" thermostat was a pain to deprogram and program. The first night turned down the temp to cool off the house to sleep. awake several hours later with the heat set to 79* and we had put it to 68-69*. There are some burned out light bulbs in both bathrooms. As well as the return air metal vent that you walk by many times a day in the hallway is abouslutly disgustingly dirty. It wouldn't surprise me if the filters had been changed in some time.

Super clean property. It was a nice house! My only complaint was that it was hard to contact the host to ask questions. Also, the laundry detergent was empty upon arrival.

Such a cute little home
I am so happy with my choice of renting this adorable little house for the weekend for my kids and I. The home was clean, easy to find and so close to everything we wanted to do in Williams. 10 out of 10. I would totally book this home again if we ever travel back to Williams.

We loved our stay and it was nearby everything. Neighborhood was nice. I would say the only thing I wish it had was more comfy living room furniture. Besides that, it was very clean and had all the essentials.

Our stay included myself, my husband, and my 5-year old daughter. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It's conveniently located close to all of the downtown amenities. Communication with the booking agency and the owner was very fast and efficient. We stay in Williams at least once a year and this house has been the best in all of our stays. We had a nice three night stay. The house is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, and pots and pans, so if you want to cook your meals during your stay you will have everything you need. Also, Safeway is a stone's throw away. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants in downtown Williams. We split out time between hanging out in the town of Williams, visiting Bearizona and Canyon Coster Adventure park Park, which are all just minutes away from the house. We also drove to the Grand Canyon one day, as it's only an hour away.

Great stay!
Perfect location. Very clean. Enjoyed the town activities that were right around the corner in the Downtown Historic District. Grand Canyon drive was less than an hour from here. Would suggest adding information about the Smart Cooling/Heating system to your information email. This will help the next tenant not be as shocked as we were by 85° temps when returning home on a hot Summers day. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.
