Not as expected

Unfortunately our stay was not as expected. Got stuck in the bathroom. Door got stuck, thankfully my husband was there and had to kick it to open it. We had room 148 which was closest to stairs of nightclub. The guests at the night club flowed into hallway outside the door and didn’t get back to sleep about 3:30 am. At check-out, receptionist said I should have called, but there aren’t phones in the rooms and honestly, I didn’t know what I was going to walk into at midnight outside my room. She said they would have shut the doors They couldn’t compensate the stay because I booked it online.

It took over an hour to get patio door open, TV to work properly, the pools are not chemical treated properly, no Van service for Handy cap elders. And no answer for why it is not done.ghis was a good place go but needs a lot of attention.

Room was very small, not at all convenient, parking lot very small, breakfast at far end of hotel. Was nice in the 90’s but not today. Swimming pool closed because of “weather “? 90’s degrees too hot to swim!!! Will not return.

Check out happy hour before your room, we did.

After driving all day, the bar overlooking the stream with great service, drinks, and food was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Room looks nice too.

Great hotel...poor timing

This is a really interesting hotel. I'd definitely stay there again. Unfortunately we stayed during Debby and there was flooding. As a result, the hotel seemed damp and in need of more fresh air. The bathroom didn't have a working exhaust fan so that was less than ideal. The hotel is a bit dated in some ways but very modern in others.The fitness center, hot tub, and outside pool were all closed. That was unfortunate. The complimentary weekday breakfast was superb. The weekday Happy Hour is also worth checking out. Definitely get a Streamside room! The view is marvelous! The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we recommended this hotel!

It was a great experience. Nice hotel surrounded by nature and a beautiful creek. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Outdoor pool was closed and green, night club was closed due to leaky roof, hot tub out of commission. You pay for breakfast and was mediocre better free breakfast at Hampton Inn which is were we will stay next time.
