Welcome to your new beach sanctuary near the heart of Wildwood's entertainment district! Contemporary renovations coupled with modern accommodations and a superior location await you in this PET FRIENDLY gem. Nestled in the residential area of Northern Pacific Avenue, this home offers economical seashore relaxation while still in fantastic proximity to Goodnight Irene's and Wildwood’s entertainment district. Located two and a half blocks from the Beaches and Boardwalk, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor unit has each improvement made with the trip to the Beach in mind and updates are consistent. The property owner(s) provide 2 parking permits for the metered spaces out front on Pacific Ave. If you need less space, please see our adjacent listing for the Second Floor. The more popular way of entry is to park off Juniper Ave, then enter through the ground level rear door located underneath the 2nd floor external staircase. By entering through the rear door, guests will find themselves positioned with a stunning kitchen to the right-hand side. With ample convenience, amenities, and dining accommodations at the counter, this beautifully renovated kitchen will be a family hub during any stay. Across from the kitchen, in the eastern most end of the unit, sits a Pyramid Bedroom with a view of the private rear patio. (Pyramid Bed = 1 Twin, 1 Double)

Proceeding further into the unit, a second Pyramid Bedroom will appear to the left, just before a utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Immediately following the utility closet, the first of two bathrooms will also appear to the left. Across from this hallway full bathroom is the dining area, complimented with a gorgeous tiled table and accented chairs. For those nights with additional guests, supplemental dining accommodations for 7 can be found at the kitchen counter.

Located at the western most end of the home lies the living area with a sofa, chair, and most importantly, a 56” flat-screen television. This area also makes an excellent location to people watch or read while taking a break from the heat of the Summer. Across from the living area lies the Master Suite with a Queen Bed. This bedroom is every parent’s dream as it connects via a Jack n Jill full bathroom to the middle pyramid bedroom; perfect for checking in on the kids while offering still privacy.

All Powers Group reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

This is not a good location for older adults or small children.
Because this property is located on a corner directly across from a neighborhood indoor/outdoor bar that doesn't close until at least 3am, it is impossible for anyone to get any sleep with the noise that's created. This is a bad location for an older couple or a family with small children.

Cute place but small beds and inadequate seating.
The place is cute, clean, and recently updated, but the master bedroom does not have a queen bed as advertised, just a double, which was too small for my wife and I to sleep comfortably. Also, the living room seating is limited to a three-person couch and a one-person armless chair, so if more than four people want to hang out or watch television, you’re out of luck. Still, overall nice place to stay in Wildwood if you have dogs.

1st Floor...Cute & Practical BUT Loud
Family of 4 wanted to try beach life for 3 weeks and this place was great for the price! Please see the pros and cons listed below: Pros 1) House is Bright and Clean 2) Functional layout 3) Pet Friendly 4) Walking distance to beach and boardwalk 5) Management company is great 6) AC works great Cons 1) Good Night Irenes across the street - front bedroom can be very loud until 3am 2) Busy street with parking meters - house comes with one parking pass but we purchased additional passes through Wildwood Borough 3) 1st floor does not have a lot of outside space back patio is communal and very small Overall, we had a great time but like anything location...location...this spot can be noisy.

Newly Renovated Unit in Great Location
We had a great stay, the owners were very accommodating and great hosts! The unit was newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. Great location close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!
