So great we stayed a second month!
This property is amazing! From the location, which is quiet and peaceful yet a quick drive to Magnolia plaza and Sawgrass Grove is everything you want in the newer section of the villages. And if you are a first time renter in the villages, do your homework!!! It is vast and has many different personalities based on your location. Great walking trails here and plenty of pools so conveniently located.
As for the house itself, it’s a 10. As a courtyard villa, it has walls separating it from its neighbors. We were worried it would be claustrophobic or hot, but not at all. The back porch is breezy and light and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor grill works well and when we ran out of propane, the management company (Down Home Properties 10/10) had a full tank here that same day. Inside, the master bedroom is well furnished with a very comfy bed. The master shower is large and bright. The tv, internet and AC are all first rate. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing we realized we needed during our two month stay was a cheese grater. (And I bet if I had contacted Down Home Properties, they would have supplied one)
As i said, it was so great we stayed for a second month!! If you are looking for a perfect longer vacation, or are exploring the villages as a way of life, I fully endorse this property. I’m still here, and as I write this I am drinking my coffee on the back porch in my pjs in the completely private backyard. A little touch of paradise.
