We didn't even go in it was so filthy from the outside. The front desk staff was lying in the lobby couch ... trying to get my money back as Expedia says it was too late yet we had almost an hour left before it was too late to get a refund. Stayed somewhere else but still paying for 2 hotels

Got bed bugs from one of their blankets and they tried to blame it on us didn’t reimburse us for the sprays we bought and kept us in the same room which the shower curtain was drooping because it wasn’t fastened to the wall properly and we were in the double queen suite their most expensive room

Staff was good.. great location, however we had two rooms and all of us had horribly beds with a big dip in the center.The beds need to be replaced. We couldn’t even get our shower turned on without a fight. Bathroom and tub didn’t look clean

Very shabby, rundown motel
The hotel is really run down. Looking very shabby. The was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. The carpet was old as was the Lino and needs replacing. We weren’t sure the lock on the door would hold if someone tried it. Def not staying there again.

We reserved a disability accessible room through Expedia but were given a room on the second floor. Since both my partner and I are older and have trouble walking, we were miserable toting our luggage to our room. No fun at all and never again.

Our bathroom was gross -hair all over the tub, mold in the caulking. The beds were very uncomfortable and seemed almost broken. The air conditioner didn’t run properly - set temp at 68 and it was way more than that in the room all night.

The room-needs attention: bathroom tub caulking replace,shower head- position head stay in place. Swag out and soaked wall/dry clothes. The tub/shower value difficult to turn on. Draining of tub- quickly standing in couple inches of water. Freezer needs to be defrosted.
