Old fashioned seaside charm. Not a slick or modern hotel but you get a huge room that even has a dishwasher. Balcony was weird in that half the rooms have them and those that have no balcony have a window staring directly onto one! No privacy on balcony, so barely used it, although nice to leave the door open.

Lovely place
It is a beautiful hotel across the street from the ocean. Walk to restaurants. Parking garage underneath. It was very clean, comfy and staff was pleasant. Has AC so a plus. Would recommend and close to ferry.
