It was a nice clean Hotel to stay at right on the water. It was a great place, but not exceptional. I would stay again. Some things weren’t working like the fireplace outside, but overall it was a good deal for the price.

Very friendly staff, rooms are nice, fire place heater is wonderful. Not much for restaurant options in the area for the time of year, the restaurant in the hotel closes at 5, doesn’t work well for anyone who may be staying at the hotel for work purposes in the surrounding areas.

As many have already noted, the staff does amazing job and was helpful to us as well. We stayed in the suite and loved how spacious it is! Train didn’t bother us as we were cozied up in the warm bed.

I stayed for a couple of nights in the suite and found the room to be clean and had everything I needed. However, the trains going by all night left me very tired due to lack of sleep. There is a small restaurant at the lobby area, but is only open for breakfast and lunch cafe style. I would recommend that the hotel give you a free breakfast voucher for spending $300 a night. The other thing that I did not like is that you have to pay $22 a night for underground parking on top of your stay here. It is a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets. Overall the staff were very nice and helpful.

My stay at the Ocean Promenade exceeded all my expectations. The combination of prime location in White Rock and exceptional service made it a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Housekeeping was also prompt and attentive, maintaining a spotless room throughout my stay and whole hotel is exceptionally clean and quaint. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier place to stay in the White Rock or Surrey.
