DO NOT STAY HERE
Absolutely horrible! No water at all. Then after 4 pm on Saturday, the water was reconnected. There was no hot water. The hotel had an event. It was unbelievably loud until 3:00am - nothing works! They took credit card information by hand. They offer nothing to compensate. Hotels.com should not have this hotel as part of their network. This place should be out of business. It was filthy!

The lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel needs a lot of work. No warm water for showers even at 7am! The elevator was one trip from a catastrophe.

We arrived and was greeted with a glass of wine. The staff was very friendly and gave us tips on how to get around town. Check in and out was easy. Would be happy to come back.

The bathroom was about dirty with hair still in the shower. The water broke and there was no running water for a few hours in the morning of my stay. Nice lobby and amenities and bedsZ

Good hotel for location needs some updates
The pool was being renovated which was really sad for our kids. The JCC next door did offer pool services for a fee and very small windows of time so we didn’t get to use it. The ice machine was broken so walked all over the hotel to go to the one that was working. Overall it was nice and I think some updates would make it better. We were there for Halloween stuff and it was a good location to sleepy hollow just a lot of traffic. Our toilet ran alllll the time too and when we flushed the toilet it made a VERY loud noise. Some updates would be great.

When we checked in (10/25 Friday) we were told that they would be closing the roads at 4pm because they were having a block party but the hotel was in walking distance so we shouldn't take our car. Confused because it is usually only Saturday night so We asked, both tonight and tomorrow night? They said yes both nights this year. I have a hurt knee and the walk took us 40mins, the road never closed and we could have easily taken our car. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels and fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, less than what you usually get at a complimentary buffet. Not impressive and not worth the $20pp.

Lobby is very modern and clean even smells good but once you get up to the rooms there’s crumbs and stains everywhere. Had an issue come up and i couldn’t get in touch with the main lobby assistants. The overall rating is a lie I recommend reading the reviews. The only thing I was looking forward to was the bar but the drinks are overpriced. Overall it wasn’t a great stay but I’m glad I only stayed one night

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice but definitely older and could use a little updating or at least restoration. One complaint we did have was that while it was really convenient and a definite upgrade to have Chromecast available we would frequently get kicked out and back to the hotel main page that would freeze or not work correctly. We couldn’t even watch it on our last night which was frustrating.

We were disappointed with the lack of warmth in the lobby. We were expecting to Find the orange Lightning and fall Decor that we found in 2019, in fact, that was the reason that we were determined to stay in this hotel as it would compliment Our other actibiyies while there. Instead we found bright White Lightning that felt as though we were in a cafeteria. The additional seating arrangements were great however, they did not go well with the rustic, cozy Decor of the lobby itself once again. The restaurant once again was not What I remdmbered, it too felt bare and was only open for short periodo of time. I remember the bar being open at least until 12 the last time I was there, but now it clised at 10. People Coming back from their scrivitela might want a night cap upon their return as did we. Those two ameneties would have been a wonderful addition given that this is a time when the hotel attratcts a lot of visitors due to the ongoing events in the area. Lastly, the elevator was not working and this Made it difficile for people with certain disabilitoes.

Sleepy Hallow showing its age.
The hotel is showing its age. The furniture is a bit shabby. Old style bathroom facilities with the sink in the room with the toilet. The TV had a hotel wide issue selecting channels for a few hours (not weather related). There would be a charge to get a microwave in the room. Desk personal were not friendly or helpful. We requested a late checkout (1.5 hour) due to a doctor changing the time of an appointment. When I called the day of the reservation, I was told that the desk could determine if we could get the late checkout when we checked in and they could not answer the question over the phone. When we checked in we were informed there would be a charge.
