Nice hotel; misleading breakfast information!
The room was clean and comfortable, but the coffee maker didn’t work! We paid for breakfast only to find out than you stood in line to pick it up. If you paid for a full breakfast you were entitled to one warm dish and one drink. If we would have known this, we would have not prepaid for an awful breakfast and would have eaten in town.

Our room was clean, plenty of towels. We only stayed 2 nights so did not need housekeeping during our stay. Bed was a little hard but I slept well and I liked the pillows so much I ordered myself one. It had arrived by the time I came home. The hotel had everything we needed and the parking was very convenient. This is a perfect option for visiting the Sleepy Hollow area, it was a quick drive to everything. Small cafe style restaurant near the front desk area that’s open until 10pm, we didn’t eat there but they had a decent menu. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint we have is regarding breakfast. It was not included in our stay and we knew that ahead of time. We ordered some light breakfast and paid for it but the quality nas mediocre and quantity was so small. If you offer breakfast for your quests to buy at least make it delicious and enough.

Great first day at the Marriott in Tarrytown
The staff was great and very professional. The hotel is clean and overall in good condition. We personally loved the cafe which had a nice variety of food for both breakfast and dinner in addition to having wine, beer, and cocktails. Overall we had a great stay and liked the location in relation to sleepy hollow.

Confusion
People were great and helpful but after a very long day there are two Marriotts listed in Tarrytown, NY on the exact same road - five minutes apart. Receptionists say that it happens "all the time". Find a parking place at a distance, unload your luggage, check-in X two not fun when it seems that this could be resolved rather easily.

This property/hotel was a complete surprise. It sits on a hill so parking is at various levels but there are covered walkways. The lobby is fresh and inviting, with the dining area being clean and not at all stuffy, i.e. seating was nicely distanced with some booths also. We ate here twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were quite good, with a variety. It was a bit pricey given that we were in a hotel lobby. Our room was on the floor that was rather below ground, not the basement but since the hotel is on a hill, we were below the first floor. There were only 15 rooms on this floor. But our room seemed newly renovated, was relaxing, quiet and we had parking very nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I recommend it.

Nasty Assistant General Manager
According to your website the hotel supposedly has breakfast included. We were told by the assistant general mgr. (who posed as the general mgr.) that we did not have breakfast included and we could purchase breakfast if we wanted. When I explained that your website states breakfast included, the general mgr. requested my confirmation and told me if it's not stated on the confirmation I was not entitled to it. The "G/M" was exceptionally unfriendly and told us he couldn't do anything for us. When I asked him for the corporate phone number, it wouldn't do me any good as I would be transferred back to him. In addition the room was not all that clean and our daughter killed an enormous cockroach in the room. When my daughter told the chambermaid about it she responded by laughing.
