Service, breakfast, and the room was perfect! The hotel is walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the discovery center. When I visit again I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The room is big, have two sinks, provide breakfast, even have ice cream in the afternoon. This place have hot tub, swimming pool, GYM and laundry room too.

Great stay, great location

Great service, front desk gentleman was very friendly. Hotel is obviously a high volume location (<3 mins to w yellowstone entrance) so there is some wear and tear but nothing to complain about. Lots of amenities that go above and beyond the norm (smores at the firepit until 11pm, free laundry etc.). Another thing i liked is that they had multiple elevator locations in the front and back of the hotel with accomodating entrances. Location is set back from the downtown area so nice and quiet at night. Loved it.

Stayed at the Grey Wolf for a week in August. This may not be the most up to date hotel, but they make up for the slightly worn rooms with attention to detail and cleanliness. We had a family suite on the third floor and it was large for the price, stocked with essentials, quiet, and walking distance to the W gate of Yellowstone. The staff was also great, and since they also own the cabins next door we were able to get advice on the park and get walking sticks and binocular rentals at no charge as well. Highly recommend the Grey Wolf.

It was just ok. The entire place needs some upgrades. The bathrooms are way too small. We found a tow nail (cut toe nail) in our room that was definitely not our so their vacuum was in effective. They didn’t have a dining space big enough for the volume of guests the service. The fire alarm went off at 7am and no explanation was given.

For this price, you would expect something better. The mattress was a very low in mattress. The pullout sofa was broken. My family member cannot even hardly sleep on it.

This property has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. There were dead flies on the window sills, toys and belongings from prior guests under the furniture, mold and water damage in the bath. It was a needed overnight stay, but we will not go back. The property needs a complete overhaul.
