We stayed in the off season so it wasn’t very busy. We liked that we could walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants. The free breakfast is continental with a rather limited selection…but it was free.

The location was great since it was very close to Yellowstone NP. However, the hotel management was not great, as it was either understaffed, or poorly trained. The front desk seldom had anyone in attendance, day or evening. The dining area was not stocked with requisite plates, bowls, etc. The milk dispenser was always barely able fill a glass. It seemed as though service was reactive instead of being proactive, and anticipating what would be needed before dining began.

There was mold around the tub wall. The shower curtains had pink slim all over the bottom. It was gross!!! Also outside where we parked there was a garbage can that always had trash on and around it. For the prices they charge, they should be able to hire staff to take care of these issues.
