The location was great since it was very close to Yellowstone NP. However, the hotel management was not great, as it was either understaffed, or poorly trained. The front desk seldom had anyone in attendance, day or evening. The dining area was not stocked with requisite plates, bowls, etc. The milk dispenser was always barely able fill a glass. It seemed as though service was reactive instead of being proactive, and anticipating what would be needed before dining began.

There was mold around the tub wall. The shower curtains had pink slim all over the bottom. It was gross!!! Also outside where we parked there was a garbage can that always had trash on and around it. For the prices they charge, they should be able to hire staff to take care of these issues.

Nice stay!
I am really picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness. Overall it was good, I am just not a huge fan of carpet in a hotel which most all of them have it. The pool area is great for kids. We loved how they had smore's stuff out at night to go use on the fire up front. It is right outside the entrance to Yellowstone which is also awesome.

Very clean
Our room was super clean. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of towels, coffee, creamer, etc. Even the remote was in a little clean bag with sanitizer packets near by.

Overall, this hotel was a good location for access to Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone. Walking distance. The staff was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious. Room maintenance was on an as needed basis, not the usual daily clean up but that was no issue. All you had to do was ask and they were prompt to service any needs. Good breakfast but not over the top. No complaint there.

The place was just ok, food was horrible and the bathroom in our room was moldy. I asked to have it cleaned a couple times and it never was completely dealt with. Very corporate feel, I don’t plan on staying here again.
