I know that you generally pay a premium for desirable areas/dates but this seemed excessive. The room was a very plain and dated 2 Queen bed with a fridge that didn’t get cold and had no microwave. Beds were pretty hard and I could feel the springs. The breakfast in the morning was not up to expectations either. Watery, rubbery instant eggs, pale, frozen potato cubes, cereal, dry bread for toast, and gluey gravy for gummy biscuits. Overall, a place to crash for the night but not a whole lot more than that. The location was the best thing since it’s mere seconds to the West Gate of Yellowstone.

The room was nice. We had 2 queens and one of them was in a little alcove which was perfect for my adult daughter traveling with us. Breakfast was standard but only a few tables. We had to wait a few minutes for a table to open up. There was a sign on the door that said "no to go" so you have to eat there! It was very convenient (5 minutes) to the West entrance of Yellowstone.

I stayed there for a night Good enough to sleep and rest for a night or 2 I liked that they provided breakfast. However there was no water cooler or fountain in the facility. I think some things are basic. Water being one of them. The lady at the reception sold a bottle for a dollar (kind of a side hustle for her since she carried bottles of water in her car)

We booked a room here last minute for 2 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The large vanity outside the bathroom was great and the room felt fairly spacious for our family. Breakfast was good and it was very walkable with several stores, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. It was also very convenient to the west entrance of Yellowstone and a great location for our daily visits to the park.

Highly overpriced, The bathroom exhaust fan, constantly running with the light on fixtures, falling off the doors, no fixture on the shower. For the price they charge, they should have some actual amenities. Some kind of smoked sausage for breakfast every morning, instead of some kind of actual breakfast meat.

This hotel has a great location. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone, and the hotel is only a few blocks from the west entrance to the park. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at the Brandin Iron for our trip to Yellowstone. Upon arrival, there was ZERO parking in the lot and no off-street parking. They say the beds in the room are queens, but they look and feel much smaller. After the parking and the beds, I went to the front desk to ask questions. The lady was very rude and not helpful. The room itself was ok. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning; the sheets are not changed daily, and the beds are just remade by the staff. The ice machine tripped the breaker when we used it. The hotel offers free breakfast from 6-9:30, the breakfast was less than desirable. In fact, on day 2 we opted out of the free breakfast and paid for breakfast. My daughter had biscuits and gravy, the gravy was coagulated. My other daughter had cereal, she said the milk tasted sour. I had a bagel and it had zero flavor. Best of luck to you should you choose this hotel. It is not worth the cost of the room per night.

It was in. The toilet was running non stop when we got in the room, fixed ourselves. I wouldn’t want to stay there in the cold winter, could see daylight through the side of the door. Desk gals were friendly.
