The room was soaked with water, very unsafe for my elderly husband. The front desk said it was a humidity problem caused by changing the temperature of the Air Conditioner. They did not want to refund the second night. Who would book a hotel room where the air conditioner cant be controlled?

I'll give specifics. The desk chair was dirty the desk itself was dirty. The shower was dirty with other people's hair soap residue and the shower leaked massively and no where to put shower toiletries in the shower. The curtains had holes and the AC was not cool even at 67 degrees. Overall the room was dirty and dingy.

There was a shooting right outside,and someone came knocking at my room door. All my son heard was someone screaming for help. The staff was not all that friendly and instead of allowing the guests to eat the breakfast first they served themselves and sat right down

The floors were sticky when we first came in but by morning it was if someone had poured a full bucket of water on the floor. There were puddles. I took pictures. When we advised the maintenance and front desk they smirked and said this is Florida. Surprise! I’ve lived in South Florida my whole life and know that’s wrong. No apology. 2 old women trying to get ready in a flood. I’m furious!!

The only compliant was the TV REMOTE , works sometimes, so slow to change channel and God help you if you have to TYPE in your password for YOUTUBE or NETFLIX ,it took me 45 mins , other than that , its a wonderful Hotel and the staff especially""Danielle" was so helpful and very professional, highly recommended.
