Everything!

I really like the hotel very nice high comfortable beds, It’s almost like a two room apartment, nice and big. Full size refrigerators, table, microwave and dishes. And best of all, ITS CLEAN!! And close to everything. Very walkable, which I love. Nice pond in the front.

2nd Stay

Another great stay at the Hawthorn Suites in West Palm Beach. Breakfast was goid as always. My room was cleaned everyday. The property inside and out is clean. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with no hot water one day, when i came back from breakfast, the problem was fixed. This was my second stay and it was great.

This is my second time staying my first stay was great and I was on the second floor then king suite this time it was a double on 3rd floor room 301 the toilet ran all the time the chairs were stain and when I first got in room it was a cup of water in fridge walls in bathroom were stain and it was food stains on little kitchen walls behind sink. They treated my husband like he was a homeless person when he tried to get breakfast they asked him whats your room number embarrassed him in front of everyone he felt so bad the rest of our stay he skipped breakfast and so did I . I let management know and they said they would handle the guy that did that. The icemaker did not work either in the room. Not a good experience want stay again

Very nice ,clean and good breakfast just disappointed that the home fried potatoes ran out early. But there was a lot of choices. I was there to visit my mom in hospital and it was convenient to there. Never got to use pool ,or go shopping which is very convenient location. You will enjoy your stay their I’m sure.

The property was well kept, and clean, i liked that there was a shopping area and food options pretty close to the hotel that you could walk to it. I wish i would’ve known beforehand so i could’ve had brought food to cook for the first night

Bathroom poorly designed. Toilet so low I thought it was a kiddie commode. Absolutely nothing to grab onto getting in & out of shower. This is VERY dangerous! And floor in bathroom is very slippery.
