The “hot” tub was set to 86 degrees and we were told it could not be changed. They sent my handicapped mother and us to the furthest room away down the hallway. The bed had stains on it. The room chair was raggy. There were blood stains on the bathtub. It was not good.
There was nasal residue on the fitted sheet of the bed, there were plum or peach pits in the coffee cups provided. I did the pre-check in and uploaded my id, my credit card information, but had to provide it all again when I got there. The hot tub was lukewarm
The place is not bad but it is severely understaffed. We arrived to find a sign stating that staff would be back.in 15 minutes. At 11 pm there was no staff available in front desk and phone did not work in our room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was good compared to the outrageous prices of other hotels nearby (at least 3 times more).
The linens and towels were very dirty. Luke actual dirt. I had to ask for clean ones several times. The phone on the room was broken. The man at the doesn’t desk seemed to have been in charge of everything. He seemed overwhelmed and cranky.
Do not stay at this hotel. It badly needs updating. If you have room on second floor you need to carry your luggage up and down stairs. The free breakfast is disgusting.The management should be ashamed of themselves.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service/lack of accomodation this location provided. I had just flown in from Florida and had a 4:00 pm wedding to make. (The venue was 9 minutes from the hotel) It was 10:30am when I made my initial contact with the front desk employee. I informed him of my circumstances and he assured me he will give me a call as soon as a room is ready. I asked for a general time estimate and he simply stated checkout is at 11 and he does not know. I left and came back at 12:30pm. At that time I asked about an update and the man rolled his eyes at me and reiterated that he will call when its ready. I informed him that I was outside in my rental car waiting as I had nowhere else to go until then. 1:45 rolled around and I still had not received a call. I went inside again and nobody came to the front desk. I was at a loss an began to do my hair in the lobby bathroom. I was very disappointed. Around 2:15/2:30 I could hear other guests arriving and being checked in, but I had yet to receive a call. I finished the section of my hair and went to the front desk myself. There was a new employee there. I casually asked if he knew the name of the man who had just been at the desk before him and after insisting he had absolutely no idea who worked before him, he became defensive and proceeded to give me a false name when I asked for his. (Why are these hospitality employees not wearing name tags??) I was late to the wedding and had to sit out for the cere
The staff doesn't care, they just take your money! I wouldn't recommend to anybody! The toilet holder came out of the wall when to used it. Any complaints we made were not addressed,
