The staff is extremely rude ! The property is very outdated and nothing like the photos . Breakfast is not included fyi ! The shower drain has a ton of hair in it. The bed is very old. This place hasnt been updated in year's. There is a train that runs right by there also

I have never in my life had to leave a terrible review so this is a first. My room was disgusting the bed was not clean there was hair from under the pillows clear to the foot of the bed. Inbetween the sheets. Meaning they were slept in then just folded over and remade. There was stuff all over the walls. The micro was not clean, neither was the coffee tray. The fridge did not have the lower shelf either. There was only a queen bed and a warn out computer chair. The pillows didnt have protective covers and only pillow cases. I felt bad that the only staff member had to run around trying to find me sheets at 9pm. He did bring me 2 flat sheets but didnt bring me pillow cases or a new blanket. So he had to go get me pillowcases. But i ended up sleeping ontop of those two sheets and sleeping under my own blanket. If it wasnt so late and i hadnt been up since 3am i would have just driven home. I didnt end up staying my second night. I am beyond bummed. I had a long day the next day and ended up haveing to drive home. This was meant to be my christmas present to myself. A peaceful night away from my kids after a long event day and it turned into a stressful hotel stay. The next day the front desk guy just said i had to contact expedia (he was rude and was inconsiderate as i was goinv to ask for the managers email to send photos and videos) The guy the night before do contact the manager the night before who said she would refund my first night partially. Will update in a few days.

Stay away even if it’s free!!!!
Rooms are dirty. Air filters got years worth of dust. Non of gym equipment is working. Their breakfast is absolute garbage. Stay away from this place!

Our first room had hair on the dirty pillowcases … the bathroom had blood on the toilet bowl. They switched us rooms which we were happy about and the rest of the stay was mediocre and was fine.

Upon check in, we were not given a VIP upgrade, instead we were put in a wheelchair room which we tried to not take as this would be better suited for someone who needed it. Room was okay, outdated. We were put on a main floor which was not ideal. We noted the hotel hallways were dirty, carpet not vacuumed and filthy. Around the outside doors there was a lot of bird feces that had not been cleaned in quite some time. Breakfast buffet on day one was awful. Food was running low, area not cleaned, counters full of food and spilled drinks. We never saw anyone tend to the area in the 40 minutes we were there. Another fellow requested milk for his kids cereal in which the cook rudely responded that " it's going to be a while". There was no milk, yogurt and baked goods almost out. Second day was better, area was clean and items in stock. The first day we arrived just before 0800 and day 2 was around 0720. On our second night we called the front desk as we experienced hours of running and stomping above. The agent basically said there was nothing he could do. On check out.i explained the issues we encountered, there was no compensation. I will also add that we had internet issues on day 2. When I reported it the response I got was "don't you have data". That alone was poor especially considering free internet is supposed to be provided. Only plus was the outdoor hot tub although no towels replenished and soaked in the deck box. Last night there was none.

Some of the rooms need updating. I have stayed here a few times and some of the rooms are updated and nice, some are not. Some have very poor workmanship on things such as the bathrooms. Some are well done. Not sure if they plan to finish the project this summer.
