I was called a liar by the employee after paying for a king room and being told i hadnt. I even showed proof and was told "oh well" It was also upsetting and inconvenient that the tv did not work.

Great lady at the front desk. We switched rooms easily. One very bad negative was that at 8:00 AM workers had a ladder outside our window apparently washing the windows. Glad I had my curtains somewhat closed.
