The hotel is really lovely, modern & clean plus the location right on the river walk is stunning. The staff is so friendly, Melissa at the front desk was AMAZING! She answered all of our questions, had great recommendations for dinner & logistics & gave us a gorgeous top floor river front room.

We were supremely disappointed that the hot tub was out of service, we traveled over 6 hours and had an eventful weekend, all we wanted to do was relax and get some relief. I understand these things happen but it was a big reason we chose to stay here. Other than that we did enjoy our stay, the staff were great and very helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During our stay, the power went out, and the generator didn’t work. As a result, we couldn't stay the night. When we checked out, the hotel assured us that we would receive a refund. I booked through Expedia and reached out to both the hotel and Expedia to resolve the issue, but I have received no response from either. It's frustrating that the issue has not been addressed, and I am still waiting for the promised refund.
