Expectations Exceeded in Wellsboro!

A very nice local motel in Wellsboro that was obviously remodeled and updated at a great price. Nothing fancy here, but really impressive for what we paid for it. I could tell the owners put some time, money and effort into making this as nice as possible, would recommend to others, and I would stay here again... definitely exceeded my expectations.

Have stayed at the Canyon Hotel regularly for many years, always a nice stay, rooms are updated and clean. A/c works very well in the summery months. Easy walk to supermarket and downtown Wellsboro. Staff very friendly and professional. Thanks for a nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay here very much! Room was spotless. Pool is very clean and heated. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Many stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. Canyon about 20 min. away.

Very clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly, fast to assist me with my request. Great indoor pool! Only negative was parking. I had to park away from my room.

Very nice motel

We had a very nice stay at The Canyon motel. The room was clean, off the street so it was quiet and the pool was a very much enjoyable experience. The sauna bath was a plus! I recommend this motel to anyone who spends time in Wellsboro! My second time to Wellsboro and what a fine small town. I will return and definitely stay at the canyon motel.
