Bright, tidy, and wonderfully located, this darling cottage in Belle of Maine provides the quintessential summer experience in Wells. With the beach just one mile away and shops and restaurants within blocks, you can easily spend your days boogie boarding, sunbathing, and strolling around town.
This single-level cottage is well placed within Belle of Maine, with the community's seasonal swimming pool and hot tub, one of the shared barbecue areas, and a playground out front. Come home from your daily excursions to be greeted by a cute front porch with cushioned seating, where you can sip cold drinks and watch the neighborhood goings-on. Inside, you'll find a snug-but-comfortable living space with air conditioning, a sofa positioned in front of a flatscreen cable TV, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can bring your meals outside to the picnic table in the grass, reserving the evening hours for board games at the small table by the window.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
