We could not park close to the door, got there and the card pass code did not work. The shower had no pressure and did not drain. The bed was not comfortable. Enjoyed the shows we stayed there to see.

This was my second stay at Bantr and they exceeded all expectations. I was traveling with family so we had multiple rooms. The rooms were clean and equipped with all modern comforts and necessities. The hotel is under renovation. Once it’s complete, it will be very nice. We waited about 20 minutes for a front desk clerk to check us in. Nobody was there and we called and rang the bell but nobody came. We the kitchen staff the breakfast was extremely nice. And the breakfast was good. almost left. We didn’t receive any of the Expedia VIP amenity or upgrade. The breakfast attendant was extremely nice. And the breakfast was good.
