This is a one star hotel. No AC, unbelievable. There wasn’t a top sheet on the bed. The appropriate room charge is $50 per night, at most

We expected it to be a dump. We were very wrong. Nice rooms. The person I assume to be the owner was always helping with any Q. I would never have a problem going back there.

We really needed to have handicap bars in the bathroom for my husband and myself. My husband is a has a handicap that’s distinctive. They had no rooms that have any kind of handicap facilities so that was a bit disappointing having to be even more careful in the room breakfast area, which were used to having Didn’t find a swimming pool and it didn’t say there was no swimming pool. Other than that. It was nice. My husband was able to walk downtown and back without too much difficulty.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy hotel. Trash on the floor of the freshly cleaned room, dirty sink and a saggy disgusting bed No one staffing the front desk. Ring the bell and a dazed and confused woman comes out 10 min mater

Didn’t have much of a choice of availability or price the weekend when the RNC starts. I stayed at this prop over 30 years ago when I was a teen and nothing has changed besides the restaurant has closed and the odor and smell is really, really horrible. Common areas and room stunk. Obviously, the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed. Thankfully at least the sheets were clean.

I've stayed at this property previously and was disappointed with the room....no toilet paper in the bathroom (we had to ask for it), no exhaust fan in the bathroom and a bed side lamp switch was broken.

DIRTY! We wouldn't even stay here.

The room smelled and was very hot when entering. The bed had hair (not just one from when it was made), stains and dead bugs in it. There was dead bugs in the bathroom. My husband found the manager and they went to checked another room. The bed was just as bad. We were told excuses (we are the new managers and we have new sheets on order). They did offer for us to check a 3rd room. But after 2 dirty rooms we were done. We left and found another hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Basic accommodations in downtown Watertown

As the only hotel in downtown Watertown we didn’t have much to work with. The room was fine, no local channels on the television was strange and there weren’t many outlets to plug a laptop or phone chargers into. The bathroom had good water pressure and there were two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside, which was nice. The beds were ok but the sheets were awful and kept slipping off the mattress, also no housekeeping during our two nights there. Overall it was fine and we really enjoyed being walking distance from downtown everything in downtown, Watertown is really nice and with a couple small improvements this hotel would be perfect.
