Poolside Home with Backyard BBQ

A bright and airy, single-level home, located in the Coral Ridge community. In the home, you will find a large living area and a fully stocked kitchen. The home has a spacious wrap-around patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Trees surround the patio for added privacy and scenery. Across the street, you will have access to the two Coral Ridge pools and spas, open for use and heated year-round.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, utensils, appliances, and basic ingredients. For seating, there is a dining table with space for 8 as well as a kitchen island with space for 2. There is also a sidebar with space for 2.

In the living room, there are two comfortable couches facing a gas fireplace and a large entertainment center. Off the living room, there are sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. On the patio, there is a large outdoor dining table. There is also a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The patio area is fully fenced and surrounded by trees providing security and privacy.
Back inside the home, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a recliner. Off the side of the room, a door leads out to the private patio area. The master bathroom has two vanity spaces, a spa tub, and a walk-in shower. Through the bathroom, there is a walk-in closet. Through the master closet, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The second bedroom has a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools and two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet and cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay.

Coral Ridge is nestled in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered between the brand-new Jellystone Waterpark, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Zion National Park. The Coral Canyon Golf Course wraps around the community with 12 other courses close by. Downtown Saint George is only an 8-minute drive away, the epicenter of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion Cedar City's Famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. A playground and large pavilion are located on Bayhill Drive. There is a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City, right down the street from our townhome. Golf pathways connect through the Coral Ridge Community, so you have direct walking access to the Coral Canyon Golf Course that wraps around the community, with 12 other courses close by.

The pools, hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the master bedroom closet.

We have supplied the following for your use: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, portable folding table and chairs, card games, pack-n-play travel crib, and more.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a high chair, coffee machine, filters, crockpot, electric griddle, and children’s plastic dinnerware, just to name a few.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob in the basket on the side table in the living room. Please return items there upon departure.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.

Excellent House and Neighborhood
This is a very nice house in a nice, very quiet, neighborhood. The pools and hot tubs are right across the street. The house and neighborhood are very clean and well kept. It is well located away from busy areas, but you can access St. George and Zion easily. The interstate entrance is about 1/2 mile away. We had dinner in St. George, went to Zion, and went grocery shopping with minimal traveling effort. I will say that traffic in the busy areas of St. George, Washington, and Hurricane can be heavy. The hosts were excellent. The house was very, very nice, and I loved having a garage. I will return to the area in the future, and will look to see if this house, or one in the sub-division is available.

Thanksgiving get away!
This was the perfect house for my family to meet for the Thanksgiving holiday! Every item needed for a wonderful dinner was in the well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy being together. We had a puzzle table, games area, and so much food! The house is BEAUTIFUL! We used the garage for the kids to ride their trikes in and it was perfect. The BBQ wasn't working and they offered to come fix it during our stay... we didn't need it for the rest of our stay .. hopefully it is fixed now. Communication is fast and efficient. Thank you for sharing your rental with our family!

The condo was very clean. Nicely designer decorated with tile and granite. Furniture was comfortable. It was very well stocked, even with a variety of spices and cookware. There were several games. It was across from the pool and clubhouse. It also came with 2 bikes. Great location. We will be back.

Nice but loud & uncomfortable
A nice unit that was clean, very well stocked & organized. Check in was easy but yet very smelly trash was waiting right by entry way that was a real turnoff. Nice heated pools & hot tubs were across street. But the walls were thin on this unit and so could badly hear traffic behind unit, in neighborhood, from pool and even airplanes flying overhead. We even had to switch from master bedroom to another room after first night to try to get better sleep. But then there was even loud pool noise. Loud traffic noise by den caused us also to have to increase our tv volume. The beds and sofas were not comfortable. The springs really pushed up at you. We tried using the bikes one day but one had a flat tire and other had the seat fall off before getting it out of garage. A very nice and safe feeling neighborhood and easy to get to town from. Unfortunately we cannot stay here again because we don’t get the peace & relaxation that we need on trips.

Roomy, very well equipped house
2000+ sqft attached home was very comfortable for two of us. 3BR + 2 pull-out couches allows for guests to spread out. Spacious primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet to comfortably unpack & move in. W/Dryer adjacent to this closet was so convenient. Kitchen is supplied with an over-abundance of supplies: from the 3 sets of dishes to a slow cooker & waffle maker. 2 car garage is yours to use to get your car out of the sun. The 2 pools & spa are across the street but cannot be heard inside the house. Our only disappointment was the view. It wasn’t necessarily misrepresented in the listing, but the large patio does look out at the highway. We were hoping for more since my hubby likes to sit with his coffee in the morning. Next time we’ll call the property mngr directly to inquire before booking. Natasha the property mngr was easy to contact & responded quickly. She
