Welcome to this happy place! This home is impeccably clean, decorated beautifully, and loaded with charm and hospitality! Open and spacious this home provides you with all the comforts at home without any of the stress.

The main floor has a fantastic great room - leather sofas, a comfy armchair, and a large tv with a fireplace to turn on and enjoy on those rare nights during the winter to take the chill off. The lovely industrial dining room table seats 8 easily and there is additional seating at the counter for 3. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tons of granite counter space, and cupboards loaded with all you need to create your family's favorite meals. There is an additional game table with 2 chairs for more dining options or some fun games. Just outside is a gas grill for more cooking options and a lovely patio table and chairs that provide you the option to dine in the sun or just enjoy the stars at night. As you approach the master bedroom you will find a half bath in the hallway as well as the stacked washer and dryer for your use. The elegant roomy master bedroom is so lovely and has a TV, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with double sinks and a step-in shower.

Upstairs you will find another family favorite spot with bean bag chairs, a sofa sleeper, and another TV. There is a second master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and master bathroom. Double sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower will provide you with luxurious comfort during your stay. The third bedroom is a fantastic bunk room with 2 sturdy cool bunk beds. One bunk is a Twin over Twin, and the other bunk is a full over full. Kids of all ages will adore this room. There is an additional full bathroom in the hall as well.

Come and enjoy the sunshine that St George has to offer all year long and stay at Sunshine Retreat, you will be close to biking and hiking trails, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and lest we forget amazing golfing! 2 Community pools and hot tubs that are heated all year, a playground for the littles and a stocked fishing pond - so bring your reel and license! Kids 11 and under can fish without a license.

Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered. Loved the place but some concerns.
Bedding was off the master bed when we arrived and piled on the floor in the room. Thankfully we found extra bedding to use in the closet but it was unfortunate to arrive late at night and want to sleep only to have to spend time making a bed.

Perfect Place for family!
We had a great family stay and enjoyed zion. What a great experience. We had a minor issue with the sofa bed but nothing to stop us from having a great weekend. The pool was a bonus. Also near the freeway and not far from any stores. I will gladly stay again soon.

The place was perfect - it was halfway between Sand Hollow and St. George, and right along the bike route. Very comfortable with all the things you would expect and need … plus a few extras, like power strips in the living room to accommodate everyone’s phone chargers. In addition to the wonderful home away from home, the customer service was amazing - helping with questions in advance of the trip and checking in with us to make sure all was good. Definitely thumbs up! Highly recommended.

I loved the property!! Has big rooms and just about everything you need inside. The only issue we had is they promote the pool with a waterfall going into it and it doesn’t exist! But called the property manager and she was vary quick to come to a solution. I didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to put the thermostat below 72 degrees!!! The beds were great. Kitchen needs tongs for the BBQ. But overall a great experience.

Dirty Upon Arrival
The house was not cleaned well when we arrived. There was garbage outside the front door, the linens had hairs and stains on them, and the floor had not been cleaned. Long story short, we called and they had someone come right away and clean everything, which was nice. They were very quick to respond, which is why we would recommend staying there again. I feel like the place would be good, but maybe the cleaner was not. The rental place was great to deal with. My kids loved the pool and the house was big and roomy. The WIFI was a little slow, but I was still able to get my work done.

Great Southern Utah Vacation
My children and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Retreat on Coral Ridge. The house was clean and well stocked. There is a lot of room to spread out. The community is great with a heated pool and a quiet neighborhood. There’s a playground on site as well. Located close to all attractions in the area. We can’t wait to go back.

Newbie here and the whole process was very simple, very professional from locating the perfect, spotless and exactly what was needed location along with the accommodations. My great grand kids were so surprised to see toys and books, their faces lit up as if it was Christmas morning. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet and easy access from the freeway. Great experience and would have no problem staying at any Red Rock Rental!!
