This condo is a perfect size for 2 but can also accommodate a family of 4 with a pull-out couch. Studio has a walk-through galley kitchen, which takes you to a well-lit living area and balcony, where you can enjoy plenty of natural light and comfortable seating to help you unwind. The kitchen provides the basics you'll need for a quick meal or some hot coffee to start your day. This unit is not a 5 star studio but a great affordable family unit.

Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club across the street offers day passes to access their many courts, gym, fitness classes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub.

Very nice and cozy stay!
Checking in was very easy and parking was right out front…condo was very clean and well stocked..balcony let’s you enjoy nature as cars pass by! I would definitely recommend :)

The outside of the condo looked old and dated. The condo itself was clean but dated. The tv in the living room was a small 32" and there was no tv in the bedroom which was not an enclosed room but a loft area above the kitchen. There was no a/c, only fans. We left early because it was too hot, even with the fans going. It was a reasonable price in a good area but needed updating.

The unit was very close to the base lodge. It had an elevator and luggage cart which made it easy to move in and out. The unit itself was dated, with a small TV and poor lighting in the main room. The heating controls took awhile to get accustomed to. Nice kitchen setup with everything we needed to eat in a couple times. Overall a good value for the price, especially given the convenient location.

We enjoyed the location but felt the unit could use some TLC. A few outlets weren’t working, and the living room was quite dark in the evening as there was limited lighting. The sliding door was a bit drafty, and we couldn’t get the heater in the living room to work. Still, we enjoyed skiing at Sugarbush which delightful and we were glad to be able to be so close.

Cute cozy place to stay
Renting through VRBO was easy. The communication with the property manager was challenging. They emailed info instead of using the VRBO app and didn’t follow up with requested info via email. However, once we found the check in info everything worked well. The place itself was comfortable, cozy and clean. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice stay
This property was nice and we loved the Roku access. The kitchen had all that we needed for cooking all the food we brought. We thought there should be window coverings to block the sun and cold air. It wasn’t walking distance to the lifts or even the bus stop for us in ski boots.
