The large kitchen has a wrap around granite counter with 3 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Gourmet cooking at your disposal with spices, condiments, cookware, stemware, quality knives, placemats, etc., right down to a rice maker! Ice and filtered water from the fridge add convenience. The lanai offers 6 swivel chairs, table and a BBQ grill. Enjoy an amazing view from here from morning coffee to past sunset!

Also on the main level are a guest bedroom with queen bed, SMART TV, full bathroom, full size washer and dryer, and storage with baby’s high chair and beach towels and equipment.
