The property is gorgeous and has so many great amenities! The shuttle service is on time and there are a plethora of wonderful dining options throughout the property! The shopping is great but some of the stores hours are minimal.

A little piece of paradise with a couple flaws
This property is definitely worth checking out. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly but not accommodating to any request we made. Many other properties give a little wiggle room for late check out, room changes, etc. There should be free coffee in the lobby at breakfast time and/or a punch in the lobby at check in.

We just had one night here, but wished we had more. Great room and property. Kids would’ve stayed in the lagoon the whole time, if they could’ve. Will stay here again, if we’re ever back in Kona.

We had some Problems with our room in the beginning but since hotel totally booked had to deal with it also had issue had getting things we needed for cooking like pans and a broom to tidy up.. cleaning ladies always came at the end of the day which is usually when we were returning from the pool but otherwise an ok trip
