Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I33 is located on the third floor of the I Building. There is an elevator or stairs to the third floor. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

PLEASE NOTE: The Hilton Pool Pass Membership that was included with this vacation rental in previous years was not renewed for 2022.

Wonderful condo in great location!
My husband, 18 year old daughter, and I stayed at this lovely condo. It was very clean and upon entering had calming Hawaiian music playing. The condo was well appointed with kitchen appliances, beach towels, and beach gear which made our trips to Hapuna Beach very comfortable. Communication with management was very clear in the emails for check-in details and follow up texts making sure everything was OK was very appreciated. The location of the condo was close to the pool for any afternoon dip, but not so close that it was too noisy. Also, having the shops within walking distance was nice for an afternoon shave ice at OBISIC (worth the wait in line) or grabbing a spam masubi or teriyaki bowl at the Island Market for a quick lunch. The view out the lanai was a lake feature and part of the golf course...other condos have a view of the lava rocks. The grill on the lanai was also helpful to grill our fresh fish. It was a lovely stay to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and last hurrah before our daughter goes to college!

Beautiful Condo, Excellent location
Check-in: the check-in process was seamless with the keyless entry. Location: prime spot in Waikoloa, walking distance to Queens Marketplace and Kings shops. Only a short drive to A-Bay which is one of the best beaches for little kids (soft, flat waves) and snorkeling. Condo: the condo had everything you could need. Fully loaded indoor and outdoor kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. The garage was fully loaded with body boards, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other items. Check-out: easy and low hassle check-out with the keyless exit system. We would definitely got back and I look forward to the next visit.
