The property was great. We arrived early and was able to check in and get into our room prior to arrival. The room was great, just wish they had microwaves inside the unit. But there was a microwave a short walk away. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the views were amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning, and the ocean view was amazing. I’m glad we stayed here, and we will be back again.

Location is great and the property is very expansive. I do wish the Palace Tower had its own laundry center and parking is extremely expensive. Also wish the Nui restaurant was opening for lunch.

Heavy construction in Palace tower

We were given a room in the Palace tower. There was heavy construction going on. Loud noise all day and welding / burning smell. If we knew about the construction we would have booked elsewhere. Resort is beautiful and staff is friendly.

Not personable at all after check in. Staff would walk by and never greet us. No real food options on site or in convenient locations. Getting to and from the parking lot was a pain with having to go up and down diff elevators to get to the right floor. A resort fee for what? 2 bottles of water on our check in day and we stayed 7 nights. $50 a day in parking and they still want to charge you $5 one way trip for shuttle to the marketplace? Only real nice thing was the large pool that stayed open till 10pm every night.

For a Hilton hotel it was run down. The boats were not running, the tram cars A/C was not working and there was very few dinning choices. I would never stay there again.

We’ve been to Hawaii 5 times and this was our first time staying at a resort and were blown away. The rooms were really nice, the property is beautiful and well kept, all the staff we encountered were friendly, and the pool and lagoon were amazing!! Dining was a little limited but all good. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The views of the ocean from the property are unbelievable. It is very beautiful all around. The options of different activities that are available to purchase are easy and convenient to schedule. They pick you up right at the property. I do wish we knew ahead of time about the construction going on across from our room before we got there. Also there was no warning of several of the property restaurants and bars being closed. Had to leave the property to enjoy a decent meal and drinks at fair prices. Was inconvenienced by having to go to another floor in the elevator Everytime we needed ice. Because the ice machine did not work any day the week that we were there.

Beautiful property, staff are very friendly. Family oriented resort. I would definitely go back!
