The King's and Queen's shops, less than a mile away, provide excellent shopping and dining options. Don't forget to check out the scenic golf courses and set your tee time!

The double-door entrance leads you to a spacious living room with a 75" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), and a comfortable sectional. From here, you can access the wrap-around golf course view lanai that faces the 13th fairway. The lanai is furnished with seating and a BBQ, perfect for grilling burgers under the tropical sun. This single-story villa ensures you won't have to worry about carrying heavy bags upstairs.

The kitchen is a haven for the chef in your group, equipped with a drip coffee maker, double oven, kettle, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. The formal dining table seats six, with an additional two seats at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.

Please note:
• Air-conditioning in the condo is available only when the temperature exceeds 75°F. The A/C is controlled from a NEST central thermostat, and needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. The family-friendly villa also features barbecue grills and a garden.
