Hair dryer caught fire. Shower are leaked. Elevator worked sporadically. Key would not open door to food court, wood block on panic bar was a minor attempt to align door unsuccessfully. TV was next to worthless as its internet feed could keep up. Missed about 1 min out of every four or five. On the plus side the bed was remodeled, the pool was nice, and it was next to the IHOP as the breakfast was lacking as it only offered cereal and waffles, on protein.

The front desk clerk was great. Her name is Mariah. Knew we had a dog and put us on the ground floor. My only real issue was the room itself. They need to invest and get black out drapes. We had to hang a blanket up on the window to keep from being able to see in and block the light at night and the sun in the morning. There was only this shade that pulled down that was white with a decoration on it. Totally see thru. If you looked in from the outside especially at night with lights on you can see everything. There was no table or chairs to sit at/on. There’s a desk with a chair, but nowhere to really sit and have a meal unless you want to sit a foot away from the tv screen. My fridge was wobbly and it froze everything, could not find the temperature gauge. The bathtub is slippery and hand rails would be nice to get in and out. There was no carpet but laminate flooring, but whomever installed it did a poor job and the door to the room was hard to open hard to close, looked like someone may have kicked it in and we feel like the room could have been flooded at one time. The grounds could use some help. Maybe a good power wash on the sidewalks and the landscaping was minimal. Lots of dog droppings. I love the fact you can have your dog without a hassle, and dog owners need to do better but the grounds keepers need to keep up on that.

The pictures online were not an accurate reflection of the actual room. The bathroom door was broken off its hinge. The inner blackout shade was torn. The exterior door was not properly sealed - there was light shining in all around the door and the room itself was in dire need of tender loving care and updating.
