Good, modern hotel, only thing that was negative was lack of hot water for my wife around 0630 for some reason. It was on when i took my shower an hour later, but inconvient, as we had to leave and my wife had to wait. Other than that, all was good. Nice location, mice bar. Breakfast was just ok.

There is a vast difference between the new building and old buildings. The old building where they have the standard rooms are nothing like the photos. Also, the walls are paper thin I can hear people talking normally in the next couple of rooms. There is also no AC, only a radiator.

I really enjoyed my staying at this hotel. There are many good food options around and in the hotel. Staffs are kind and facility is very clean. The food at the restaurant was great too. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and convenient
Great location. Located on the main road, next to a market and the Black Crust Pizzeria. The icewear store is right there too! The hotel was very comfortable. They had a couple of lounging areas which was great for socializing or even relaxing. Breakfast was buffet style and it was very tasty. The rooms were on the smaller side but it was perfect for our one night stay!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful lobby that is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice surprise, it had a second floor with 2 twin beds as well as the larger bed on the first floor. Very clean!! Great breakfast too. Would go back if ever back at VIK

Loved this hotel! Great breakfast, lots of options for veggie/vegans. Staff were friendly and we had the wake up call for the northern lights. Well located near restaurants and shops but also you can be out of town in minutes. Located near black sand beaches and waterfalls. Room- comfortable, and lovely tolietries, only negative was room was next to stairs and lift so noisy at times.
