Great place with a welcoming staff! One small concern, which seems common with many hotels, is the numerous fees. If there’s no option to opt out of certain services, it would be better to include them in the overall price. Otherwise, it feels like you’re being charged extra for things that should be included.

Beautiful resort! Very clean. Staff was friendly. It was right on the beach. They provide 2 beach chairs. Complimentary bike rental as well. Can’t wait to plan my next trip here!!

The thoughtful and beautiful design of the hotel, from every perspective, was outstanding. The spa was perfectly convenient. The bar tender, Jody, was uniquely uplifting and talented. The beach was stunning and calming! We extended our stay due to our enjoyment of all the amenities.

I really didn’t like how much single-use plastic they use. They have signs up everywhere talking about how they want to help the Environment but even the Room service was brought in Styrofoam containers and placed in plastic bags. I didn’t like how the locals were wandering around the hotel like they were guest and that doesn’t make you feel safe. If you’re not staying there you Shouldn’t be allowed to grab water and cookies in the Halls were guest rooms are.

Realmente pasamos un dia muy relajante. Quizas hubiese hecho falta algo de musica y el area social cierra muy temprano. Creo que el Hotel es muy bueno peeo algo aburrido. La habitacion estuvo muy acogedora, limpia y confortable.

We had a really good time at the hotel last weekend. Our room was ready earlier and was beautiful. The restaurant staff is now pretty amazing, very friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was delish
