Booked two nights at this property - the first day was very good: quiet night sleep, good quality breakfast and clean dinning table etc. Second day was different: the dinning tables were not clean, no bananas, no orange juice (stating the machine was out of order), the hot breakfast choices were very minimum and kitchen staff did not seem to care at all. We have been staying at Hampton Inn many times and this one was the first disappointment we have ever experienced. Hope that management will do a better job soon.

Bathrooms need to be updated. Showers in tubs are very dangerous. Should do away with tub for walk-in shower. Think “ Liability “.

My only problem (and this is now happening everywhere) was that some guest with pets were not responsible for their family member. I arrived back to the hotel around 10pm on Friday evening and a dog (on my floor) was barking nonstop. Thank God that once I closed my hotel room door, I could not hear that annoying noise as I was on the other side of the floor. My sympathy to those guests who were adjacent to that room. My suggestion!!! Guest with pets should all be on the same floor. As I have been staying at that hotel since it was built, there was a time when pets were only allowed on the first floor. I happened to be on the third floor.
