The hotel was nice, but the guy at the reception area was not very friendly or kind at the time of check in . He was very to the point, didn’t say welcome or thank you at the end. However, Ryan helped us to check out the next day, and he was completely opposite; very nice experience with him. It is a shame that this hotel counts with some staff that is not customer service oriented.
