Wonderful hotel. Clean and quiet in a very convenient location. Staff were amazing. I got sick the morning of check out and they were very accommodating offering help and extending my check out time. Room was very modern and the breakfast was fresh and nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to trip to Venice. Train station is only 4 minutes away walking on a flat road, but the hotel is on a side alley that’s very quiet,

Great location, close to train, bus, boat stops. In a quieter area. Room was a bit small but to be expected for Venice. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Only issue was a bit of a leak from shower door to the floor, but nothing a towel couldn't soak up. Other than that, pristine.

El hotel está remodelado, éramos un grupo en 3 habitaciones. Dos habitaciones estuvieron bien sin ningún problema pero en la mía había un olor demasiado desagradable. Me dio dolor de cabeza y tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación . Por lo demás estuvo bien el hotel. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca a la estación de trenes así que no tuvimos que ir por Venecia y sus puentes cargando maletas.

The location of this property was excellent if you're travelling in by train or water taxi, especially with luggage. Its a very short distance and manageable. The staff and service was fanastic - staff were cheery and kine. Apart from that however, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. The shower in our room and our parents room continually flooded the bathroom, no matter what we did. We had to wear shoes to go into the bathroom because no amount of towels could collect the water, we were just slopping around through puddles. It clearly is an issue because our bathroom smelt of mildew so badly. I couldn't wait to check out, it was disgusting. It is unfortunate because although old, like majority of Venice properties, it was clean and offered great service and location as mentioned above. The bathroom situation although was just too bad to overlook. Its too bad really.

Very Warm Rooms.
The Hotel was very nice and clean. Close to the Venice Train station. Close to lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the reason for my eating is because they control the AC temperature. So it would not go below 25* Celsius. During the hot summer it was very uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel is nice and cool so we don’t understand why they cannot lower the room temperature. Due to that limitation we will not stay here again.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Overall good value for the price. Negatives included the elevator not working and we were on the 4th floor and a sewer smell coming from the bathroom drain.

We enjoyed our stay however there was a strange odor in our room. We told the staff and they tried their best to fix it but I believe it was a plumbing problem because once we turned on the water in the bathroom the scent slowly came back. Aside from that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, ferry bus and taxi/bus pick up areas. If catching a bus or taxi however, you would need to make a trot over the “glass bridge” which has like a million steps so it’s not advised to travel with a lot of luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful so we would recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to Venice in the future.

Exactly as in pictures. Very clean space. Around the corner from the train station so we didn’t have to drag our bags far. We arrived early so they held our bags for us so we could tour around. Very helpful at front desk for tour ideas, scissors, bottle opener! They also packed a breakfast bag to go for us since our train departure was earlier than the breakfast. Very happy with Venice and our stay!
