Everything was great except for the construction that was happening right above our floor. There wasn't any warning that it would be loud. There was drilling and banging starting at 8am and was very, very loud. It would have been nice to be informed.

The staff is very accomodating. The price is very affordable for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant is good with a lot of options. The only thing is, they dont allow guests to charge room service foods to their room bills. You have to pay after delivery. The AC is always having an issue with one of our rooms . It doesn't cool really low. The shower floods under your feet after just a few minutes even after complaining about it.to the hotel.

Staff was excellent!!! Both of the rooms my son and new wife had had broken glass in the carpet. The hotel did give them 1 free buffet breakfast. Overall the hotel and mostly rooms look tired. Rooms need to be renovated!! Do NOT get an adjoining room with someone you don’t know, doors offer zero sound insulation.

They were very accommodating. There was renovation going on so they had to move me at one point during my stay, but they were gracious and I ended up with a nicer room and a cool window view. I definitely will stay here again on my next yearly trip to Manila if not sooner.
