During our stay at the hotel, which accommodated 9 guests across 6 rooms, we were met with mixed feelings. While the rooms appeared to be clean at first glance, an unpleasant odor lingered – a disconcerting blend of paint thinner and mildew. This discovery resulted in a series of room changes for myself and my husband, as well as others in our group. Unfortunately, this was not the end of our troubles, as we found the overall upkeep of the establishment lacking. The outdated decor manifested in various ways: from painted bathtubs to chipped paint and furniture, not to mention the noticeable grime covering some pieces. To compound matters, the plumbing seemed subpar, with both the bathtub and sink draining at a frustratingly slow pace, leaving us to endure the discomfort of showering in standing water. Additionally, the absence of an automatic air conditioner mode further frustrated our attempts at comfort. The repercussions of these conditions were tangible, as evidenced by my current sinus infection – a direct result of prolonged exposure to the unsettling paint thinner fumes. The situation was dire enough to prompt thoughts of relocating to a different hotel after the first night. Regrettably, this course of action was not feasible for the entire group, as no offer of a refund was extended for the subpar conditions we endured throughout our stay.

Service and close proximity to everything is great! The only downside is it is noisy and busy outside. Also the hotel is old and needs updating on the rooms especially the carpet- old, stained and filthy with musty smell. Breakfast is good, and staffs are amazing.

My feedback is about the service in breakfast buffet. I observed not the equality of service from foreigner and filipino nationality. If the guest is foreigner, staff are fully attention to them, which i understand but they should also have an equal service to all guest even you are a filipino nationality.

The pros: Shower has great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bed was comfy and clean. The 24-hour spa was great for a massage after a really long flight. Staff was super friendly and customer service was excellent. Cons: The hotel is really showing its age. Carpet needs updating, shower had mildew stains, and the shower handle fell off (but it still worked and we were able to reattach). Overall review - if you want the basics for a good price not too far from the airport, this hotel could work. Staff did say they are renovating, so improvements are likely to come!

This is my favorite hotel close to the airport but far enough that you get into the area that is nice shopping, dining, sights are close by. This is where you want to be as a first timer, and after staying here for three years I stay here at least every other month.
