We stayed in the "annex" which clearly states it is in another nearby building, however in my well travelled experience this is usually behind or next to the main facility and is solely part of the hotel's property. In this case the annex was 2 doors down in an apartment/business building that was occupied by residences and offices. The hotel has 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a very small elevator which we were afraid to use bc if it got stuck there was no one near to help us, especially bc our cell coverage stopped in the elevator. This is Europe so floor 1 is ground floor-which means we climbed 4 flights of stairs each time we had to go to our room and had to unlock and lock 3 doors and at night the stairwell is quite dark. If I wanted to stay in an airbnb I would have rented one. You do not feel like you are at a hotel at all. The 2 rooms are next to each other, our room slept 2 the other slept 4 and were connected by a common vent which means we heard everyone's conversation even though they were not speaking particularly loud-kept us up well past 1 am. We could see the light from their room through the vent. Soap dispenser in shower did not work, no bar soap provided or other toiletries except 2 mini lotions. Room was very hot. Loud construction outside the window so could not open it nor did we want to sit on the balcony and listen to it. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk was not very helpful. Awful Stay.

Super location. Perfect spot to explore Verona. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and the valet parking option was a godsend! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the old town. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble at all. Rooms were small but comfortable and quiet and were perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was buffet service and had plenty of choice with great coffee to start the day. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place to see area around the Arena - so many places and restaurants. Room was wonderful, breakfast great and they even tried to help us with some luggage issue by offering to sew the flap that was coming undone. Carmella was very helpful to drivers who didnt understand the ZTL issues in Italy and who were trying to have us walk with luggage to the hotel. I called and she explained to the driver how they could drive right up to the door of the hotel and let us off. A

Lovely hotel and helpful friendly staff. Bed was comfortable but walls were very thin and noise travelled easily. Whilst there was a balcony we never found the sun was on it which was a shame. Great buffet breakfast.
