The hospitality at this hotel made us feel right at home. Upon arrival, they welcomed us warmly and even gave us great advice on places to visit. On the day we were leaving, we had to head out early and couldn't make it to breakfast, but they kindly offered to prepare a food bag for us at the time we needed. They also offered us great coffee before we left. The staff were extremely friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Not only did we feel welcomed, but the hotel is also very well located. The bathrooms are shared with another room but are very clean and modern, and we never had to wait to use them. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The hotel is an old apartment building in Venice. No space for an elevator. The street the hotel is on is the width of a hallway in a house. They could make an effort to clean the walkway a bit.

This hotel was everything's we were looking for. The hotels history and location was amazing! The staff incredibly accomadating and very responsive and kind. Breakfast was great! Especially if you have allergies they have alternatives if you request it before hand. I have gluten allergies. They had the best apple crossant i have ever had. They arranged private boat to pick us up at the airport due to our late arrival. $200 euro for 8 people. It was truely a magical experience coming into Venice at night. Grazie - for an amazing time in Venice!!!

A great place to stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful, arranged our water taxi for our early departure who met us at the door of the hotel. Rooms were unique, clean and cool. Would stay there again.

Overall nice and safe. However, advertisement is deceiving as you have to share a RR with open more guest in separate area, read carefully. Breakfast was very good and you can order a many cappuccinos as you’d like. Great pizza around the corner and Rialto bridge and shopping center. Keys have to be dropped off every time you leave and they have 24 hr. front desk n service. Printing services if needed when we asked.
