This little property was off the beaten path but very close to Rialto Bridge. It was conveniently located around many restaurants. There was no elevator which was okay for me but I know could be a problem for many people. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

It was exactly what i expected. Old Venetian building which is what i love about Venice this was my 5th time in Venice. Staff were all wonderful. Nice choice of food a breakfast. Only thing i can say negative is please update hair dryer .

The hotel is very quaint and has been a hotel since the 16th century. Easy access from the water bus, close to restaurants and many places of interest. Alessandro was at the desk upon our arrival, he was so nice and very efficient. When I asked for extra pillows, he was at our room within a few minutes and brought them himself. Great breakfast and very nice staff.

Shower was the size of a telephone booth…maybe even smaller. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony, but no view. Since there was no elevator, I almost had a stroke carrying our luggage up. When I asked for more pillows, the guy at the desk made me come down and get them. The tv in the room was smaller than my laptop screen.

Would have liked to have Kleenex in the room and a bit more shelving in bathroom. Mattress was comfortable, but felt a bit worn. Lovely hotel overall.

Great for solo travel
